Default coverstock question

I usually hot water soak my bowling balls every few months and I allways remove alot of oil. I recently purchased a morich nsane levrg bowling ball and after about 25 games bowled, I did the hot water soak and to my surprise, there was no oil on the ball. is this because of some new kind of coverstock or what ?

I dont have an nsane lvrg so I'm not certain off the top of my head what kind of coverstock it is.

Is it similar to your other balls which you had done this with?

Curious about your technique - how hot the water is? How long do you soak?

my other bowling balls are the hammer black widow and the storm special agent. the coverstock of the nsane leverg is a pearl reactive.

I soak them for a half hour in water as hot as it gets coming out of the tap. then I remove the oil and repeat until there is no more oil on the surface of the ball.
