Default With/Without wrist support

I recently bought a wrist support because I had surgery some time ago and my wrist is still a bit weak. Without it I average about 140 and with it I averaged 150 but am still getting used to throwing with it. For two games I bowled in my league last night I bowled 165 and 162. My first was my worst game 126 but I made adjustments and it paid off.

I wear a support - I figure its most likely because I have bad technique and if I roll with out it my wrist ends up being sore for a week. If I use it my wrist doesn't hurt.

Use it for a couple dozen games and see how it average out across a greater game number. You would then of course have to try it without to see if its the support helping or not.

Tried a few frames without it, had to use it again. It's helping and I'll just keep using it and taking it off every now and then till I don't need it anymore.

I took it off for two games, bowled a lot better without it. I was 20 pins higher than my first game {which I was using the support} and the second I was 37. I'm going to try bowling without it in my league on Thursday and see how it goes.
